• Maintain the physical appearance of animals by meeting client expectations and requests.
• Establish and cultivate lasting client relationships by providing high-quality grooming services, including bathing, nail trims, ear cleanings, and haircuts.
• Manage the grooming schedule to efficiently coordinate client needs with staff availability.
• Perform thorough client communication and maintain electronic records, including client preferences and instructions.
• Train, supervise, and develop bathing team members on proper policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
• Understanding and ability to properly and safely restrain animals.
• One year's experience as a Groomer, Groomer's Apprentice, or formal instruction from a reputable grooming program.
