Infusion Nurse Practitioner

AleraCare is seeking a Part-time Infusion Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our Glendale, CA infusion center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ambulatory and infusion nursing, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing services to assigned patients in accordance with their plan of care.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and function as a patient advocate, treating patients and families with respect and dignity.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, including initial patient evaluations and assessments.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
- Participate in the company's Performance Improvement and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) programs.
- Assume responsibility for clinic location(s) and support a culture of safety and quality care.
- Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
- Holds a current NP state license in the state of practice.
- At least 4-5 years of advanced practice registered nursing (APRN) experience, with ambulatory and infusion nursing experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and computer skills, including word processing and efficient use of the internet and e-mail.
