As an occupational therapist with CareCo, you will have the opportunity to work independently in a home care setting, providing personalized therapy services to patients in Windham County, CT. With a focus on patient-centered care, you will be responsible for performing home visits, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, and educating patients and families on therapy procedures and self-care techniques.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate occupational therapist who shares our commitment to quality care and community growth. As a member of our team, you can expect:

Responsibilities:
  • Perform home visits for patients in a home care setting
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, regularly re-evaluating patient needs and making necessary revisions
  • Teach and supervise patients and families on therapy procedures and self-care techniques, as well as coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. We also offer additional compensation for each completed patient visit, with payment made upon successful documentation.
