Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Lompoc, CA area. As a key member of our educational services division, you will play a vital role in providing speech therapy services to school-age students.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to students in grades K-12.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Assess student needs and create effective strategies to address communication and learning barriers.
  • Document progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Active or pending state SLP license.
  • ASHA certification preferred but not required.
