Job Responsibilities:

As a busy law firm, we seek attorneys who are self-driven, proactive, and aware of deadlines. The ideal candidate will be adept at independently managing a full caseload and must have experience handling all phases of civil litigation from inception to resolution. Proficiency in drafting and arguing motions, including summary judgment motions, is essential, as is experience in taking and defending depositions. While federal court experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Familiarity with our specific practice areas is advantageous, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

  • Civil Litigation Experience: 1 year (Required)

Licensure:
  • California State Bar License (Required)
