Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced LPN who is passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors. As a Nursing Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, while also promoting their independence and well-being.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and family/social activities
- Identify and address resident medical and behavioral changes, and develop and implement care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Current nursing license valid in the state of employment
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- $35/hour salary
