We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty Nurse RN to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:

  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care for our patients
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with our multidisciplinary team
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as needed
  • Document care provided in our electronic system of record
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management

Requirements:

  • Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
  • At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience
