Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as an Office Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support in various areas and functions, including office administration, coordination, and supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Provides support in various areas and functions, including office administration, coordination, and supervision
- Assists with input information and ensures accuracy with supplier and customer shipments throughout each stage of the process
- Generates supplier/customer invoices, processes payments, and follows up with collections
- Responsible for monthly financial review with General Manager
- Performs other office administrative duties, including but not limited to: ordering office supplies and services, handling site maintenance issues, and office equipment maintenance

Requirements
- Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of office management or related experience
- Two years of accounting, bookkeeping, and/or financial experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
