We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to work in our Outpatient Surgery department at St. David's HealthCare. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth admission and preoperative assessment of patients scheduled for surgical procedures. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Outpatient Services, your primary duties will include:
- Conducting thorough admissions and preoperative evaluations for patients.
- Planning, implementing, and documenting individualized nursing care for assigned patients.
- Providing post-operative care and facilitating the discharge process for outpatients.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess experience in an acute care environment, hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and have relevant certifications.
