At Masoom Law Firm P.C, we are in search of a Senior Litigation Attorney with a wealth of experience, ideally exceeding 10 years, in the legal arena. The successful candidate will possess outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, a meticulous eye for detail, and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities adeptly in a dynamic work environment. Collaboration with peers and taking initiative on individual tasks are essential components of this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Counsel: Serve as the principal attorney in significant litigation matters, showcasing expertise in managing intricate legal issues proficiently.
  • Trial and Arbitration Proficiency: Demonstrate a robust background as a pivotal participant in trial and arbitration processes, advocating for clients and securing favorable results.
  • Client Advocacy: Interact directly with clients, providing deposition preparation, advice, and assistance in navigating the complexities of ongoing legal disputes.
  • Motion Practice: Regularly present and argue dispositive motions to shape case outcomes.
  • Trial Preparation: Play a vital role in preparing for various trial types, including witness preparation and post-judgment activities.
  • Significant Legal Cases: Contribute to the management of landmark and influential legal cases.
  • Diversity and Inclusion Commitment: Promote and uphold the firm's principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all professional interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
  • Active legal license in the applicable jurisdiction.
  • A minimum of 10 years of substantial litigation experience.
  • Prior trial experience, particularly with jury trials, is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in trial and arbitration environments.
  • Exceptional litigation capabilities, both written and oral.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Commitment to advocating for diversity and inclusion within the legal profession.
