Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CAD detailer to join our team at Blueprint Staffing. As a CAD detailer, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed coordination/shop drawings for mechanical/plumbing piping systems. This role involves utilizing software applications such as AutoCAD MEP, Trimble, Navisworks, and Revit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Computer Aided Design/Drafting (CADD) support and documentation of mechanical/plumbing piping activities.
  • Coordinate mechanical/plumbing piping systems with other trades to avoid clashes.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and CCI standards to apply/incorporate detailed and accurate shop drawings from contract documents and field surveys.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in design/drafting or equivalent work experience desired.
  • Formal education/training or relevant hands-on experience with Autodesk software systems desired.
  • Able to manage workload under own initiative and maintain project and fabrication schedules in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
