Engineering Visionary

We are looking for a talented Model Enablement Principal Engineer to join our team at Wells Fargo. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining design patterns, ensuring model development aligns with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, and collaborating with the Model Governance team to ensure model lifecycle compliance.

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong technical expertise and knowledge of industry trends
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to engage with globally distributed teams

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising leadership on complex technical needs and delivering solutions that meet business objectives
• Leading strategy and resolution of complex challenges, requiring in-depth evaluation and vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
• Translating technology experience and organizational knowledge into technical engineering solutions
• Providing vision and direction on implementing innovative business solutions
• Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and recommending innovations to enhance operations or provide a competitive advantage
• Engaging with professionals and managers across the enterprise as an expert advisor

Estimated Salary: $144,400 - $300,000 (depending on location)
