We are seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver to join our team at Sysco Nashville. As a Local Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering products to our customers in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Operate a tractor-trailer combination vehicle to transport products to customers
  • Load and unload products from the trailer
  • Verify delivery of products with customers and obtain signatures
  • Communicate with customers and management regarding any issues or concerns
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) - Class B (Class A preferred)
  • One year of route delivery experience or applicable background driving a straight truck
  • Ability to read and understand English
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull products up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
