Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of merchandise and supplies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse operations procedures and policies.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure accurate and efficient stock management.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and resolve operational issues and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including receiving, processing, and distributing merchandise and supplies.
Requirements:
  • One year of supervisor experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Previous experience with inventory management and control.
  • Fork-lift/pallet jack experience and ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to delegate and coach others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
