Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans to address communication disorders.
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and educational goals.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Active Illinois state SLP licensure and certification
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Duration and Schedule:

This position is for the current school year and requires a commitment to a full-time schedule following standard school hours.
