Clinical Dietitian-Reg

Catholic Health Service is seeking a skilled Clinical Dietitian-Reg to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.

• Assess patients' nutritional status and develop personalized medical nutrition therapy plans to improve their health outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting all interactions and interventions in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and participate in committee meetings to drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide education and training to new employees and dietetic interns, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within our organization.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service focused approach.
• 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with electronic medical records and nutrition software, such as EPIC/CBORD.
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, with a Master's degree or advanced certification in nutrition preferred.
• Registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD) with the Commission on Dietetics Registration.
