Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Morguard Residential. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and repair for our luxury apartment community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work.
  • Respond to work orders and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Maintenance Technician and Community Manager to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks.
  • Participate in the On-Call Rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • HVAC Type I and Type II/EPA Universal Certification required.
  • Previous experience in luxury apartment maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
