Under general supervision, the Custodian I - Maintenance and Repair Specialist performs custodial and maintenance repair work and general duties in assigned buildings and areas, and does related work as assigned.

• High school graduate or education and experience equivalent to high school level.
• Valid Class III California Driver's license.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Desirable: Recent experience in custodial and maintenance duties, school-related experience.
