Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Process Improvement Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading our Clinical Quality Improvement program and collaborating with department leaders and staff to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with department leaders and staff to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation
  • Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain quality improvement policies and procedures
  • Provide education and training to staff on quality improvement principles and practices
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
  • Two years of QA or PI experience, and a minimum of two years of progressive management experience
  • Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and Lean Training
  • Current RN license in the state of Nevada required
