Job Title: Clinical Psychologist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based psychological services to patients across the mental health spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to address a range of mental health disorders.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using empirically-supported treatments.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Supervise trainees and less experienced staff to promote professional growth.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
  • Completion of APA-approved internship in Adult Clinical and/or Pediatric Psychology.
  • Minimum 5 years of related clinical experience serving patients across the mental health spectrum.
  • Experience providing clinical training and supervision, and a commitment to training the next generation of psychologists.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
