  • Foster a culture of safety and compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years in manufacturing management or 7-10 years of overall manufacturing experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong background in metal fabrication with excellent computer and blueprint reading skills.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and ERP/MRP systems.
Work Schedule and Benefits

This position offers a four-day workweek (Monday to Thursday) from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, with a competitive pay rate of $90,000. A comprehensive benefits package is available after 60 days of employment, including:
