Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to join our team as a Director of Institutional Marketing. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our institutional marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and target audience.
  • Analyze and interpret marketing data using Amplitude to derive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
  • Oversee institutional customer engagement initiatives, including email marketing campaigns, to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with product development, sales, and other key areas.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Work with the Head of Business Development and Head of Communications to identify strategic opportunities with potential clients and create content for marketing collateral.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Strategist or similar role, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • At least 7 years of experience working with the financial services or FinTech industry.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. financial markets.
  • Experience marketing crypto, digital asset, or blockchain products and services.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Amplitude and email marketing platforms like Braze or Sendgrid.
  • Strong writing skills with experience in crafting engaging copy for marketing materials.
  • Regulated environment experience required, FINRA, SEC.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results.
