About the Role

This role involves working as a Physical Therapist in an Outpatient Clinic setting on the central coast of California. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality care to help them recover from injury or illness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop customized treatment plans to meet their individual needs.
  • Deliver high-quality care, using evidence-based practices to promote patient recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements

  • Certification as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
  • Current licensure and CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $2346 per hour, based on 8 hours shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Additionally, you will receive a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Our compensation package is designed to attract and retain top talent in the field.
