Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled attorney to join our Privacy and Information Security Unit within the Corporate Law Department. As a Senior Corporate Counsel, you will play a critical role in advising on enterprise programs related to privacy, information security, risk, and compliance.

Job Description

The primary focus of this role is to provide legal advice on federal and state privacy and information security requirements, enterprise risk management, and the compliance and ethics program. You will work closely with peers in other legal practice groups and business leaders throughout the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on enterprise programs related to privacy, information security, risk, and compliance
  • Provide legal advice on federal and state privacy and information security requirements
  • Collaborate with peers in other legal practice groups and business leaders
  • Develop and implement solutions to complex legal issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A juris doctorate (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • An active license to practice law in at least one state
  • 5+ years of experience with privacy and/or information security laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with risk and/or compliance programs
  • Demonstrated adaptability, learning agility, and ability to excel in a collaborative environment

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $170,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match. We also offer opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Location
