Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Security Guard to join our team in Edgerton, Kansas. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets.

Compensation

The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly starting rate of $17. The position is available on a full-time basis with 32 hours worked per week, from Friday to Monday, 12 a.m. to 8 a.m., during the third shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service at all times, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Observation and Reporting: Conduct regular observations and surveys of assigned locations, reporting any activity or incidents promptly.
  • Critical Response: Respond quickly and effectively in critical situations, prioritizing the safety of clients and assets.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Accurately complete detailed reports, using clear and concise language.
  • Procedural Enforcement: Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards consistently and fairly.
Requirements
  • A high school education or equivalent (GED).
  • Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
  • Previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement roles is highly desirable.
