JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements, including grasping, bending, and reaching.
  • Responsible for lifting or moving an average of 30-50 pounds.
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures (coolers, cooking equipment, etc.).
  • Safe and proper handling of knives, kitchen utensils, and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean kitchen by following state and local sanitation, storage, and refrigeration regulations; cleaning equipment.
  • Basic food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards are required.
  • Follow recipes and/or product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, carving, and serving various food items, including meats, vegetables, desserts, and more.
  • Responsible for stocking, dating, rotating, and checking the temperature of products.
