Demonstrating reliability and the ability to manage multiple tasks across various systems and responsibilities, including documentation, responding to calls, and following up on outstanding issues.
Committing to a collaborative team atmosphere that fosters a positive culture focused on customer service and organizational growth.
The majority of interactions will involve current clients seeking clarification regarding their policies, including:
- Modifications or updates to their accounts
- Enhancing existing client relationships
- Addressing cancellation requests
- Establishing automatic payment options
- Promptly entering all incoming leads
Required Skills:
Proficiency in customer service, property and casualty insurance, workers' compensation, commercial insurance, auto insurance, insurance sales, and fiduciary responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in any of the following insurance sectors is highly valued: professional liability, small business insurance, workers' compensation, general liability, business owners' policies (BOP), commercial auto, or umbrella insurance.
