**Job Summary:**
• Provide speech and language services to students as part of our Student Support Services team
• Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each student
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services
• Maintain accurate records and reports to track student progress and program effectiveness
• Participate in staff development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
• Adhere to established policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Key Responsibilities:
• Screen, assess, and evaluate referred students to identify areas of need and develop targeted interventions
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine student eligibility for speech and language services
• Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) in collaboration with parents, teachers, and other professionals
• Provide direct and indirect services to students, including one-on-one instruction, small group therapy, and consultation with teachers
• Communicate regularly with parents and teachers to keep them informed of student progress and any changes to the student's plan
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing professional development and training

Requirements:
• Valid MN credential authorizing pupil personnel services as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Commitment to staying current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing professional development and training

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
