Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet specific age, citizenship, and educational requirements. You must be between 17 and 42 years old, a U.S. citizen, and obtain a qualifying ASVAB score. Additionally, applicants without a degree or alternate credential must achieve an AFQT test score of 65 or higher on the ASVAB.
*The ASVAB score requirements are: Mechanical (M) - 47
Qualifications
Knowledge of aircraft construction features, completion of 7.5 weeks of Basic Military Training, and being at least 17 years old but not yet 42 on the date of enlistment are essential qualifications for this position.
