Role Overview
The Customer Success Representative will work as a Wellness and Sales Ambassador, fostering positive customer experiences and driving business growth at Restore Hyper Wellness. This role involves identifying client needs, promoting services and packages, and maintaining expert knowledge of RHW offerings.

Responsibilities:
  • Client engagement - Identify clients' needs and goals, and establish plans of care.
  • Sell memberships and packages - Align with clients' wellness objectives.
  • Maintain working knowledge of RHW services and products - Serve as a modality expert to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
  • Consult on customer success - Advise clients on customized Care Plans to address their health and wellness needs.
  • Manage customer communications - Answer calls, emails & texts; follow up with members to track progress and guide them to suitable services.
  • Use multiple web-based platforms - Communicate with leads and clients for booking.

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
