Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver - Home Health Professional to join our team of caregivers. As a Home Care Specialist, you will provide direct and indirect care for clients in their residences, ensuring timely fulfillment of their care requirements and supporting our healthcare team at EverHome Healthcare.
Main Responsibilities
- Deploy yourself where you are most needed to ensure timely fulfillment of a client's care requirements and to back up your healthcare team at EverHome Healthcare.
- Provide both direct and indirect care for clients as per their approved Plan of Care; aid clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs).
- Be ready for emergency caregiving shifts.
- Lead your colleagues by training them for success in the shifts you have covered.
- Engage in office activities, receiving cross-training in various departments ranging from Recruiting to Office Administration.
