The Grove at Latrobe is seeking a skilled LPN to join our team. As a licensed practical nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' health status through physical examination and diagnostic testing.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Participate in care planning and development of individualized patient plans.
  • Supervise and mentor LPNs and certified nursing assistants.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care.
  • Document patient assessments and care in accordance with standards of care and company policy.
  • Educate patients and their families on health-related issues and provide support.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Valid state licensure as an LPN.
  • Current CPR certification.
Available Shifts:

6:30 am - 7 pm, 2:30 pm - 11 pm, and 10:30 pm - 7 am.
