Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Therapist to join our team at The Autism Therapy Group. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality clinical services to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Clinical Programming: Design and implement evidence-based interventions to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition.
  • Client Progress Monitoring: Regularly evaluate client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Report Writing: Prepare thorough and accurate reports to document client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share best practices, and coordinate care.
  • Client Services: Provide direct intervention services to clients, including in-home and in-clinic sessions.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to caregivers and staff to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.
  • Skills: Excellent management and clinical skills, mastery of ABA principles, theory, methods, and evidence-based practices.
