We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Speech Therapist to join our team at Soliant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with students in a school setting near Severn, Maryland.

Job Summary

This is a full-time and part-time position available for Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology or Communication Disorders and Sciences, as well as current State SLP licensure.

As an SLP, you will be responsible for assessing and treating students with communication disorders, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other educators and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat students with communication disorders, including speech, language, and hearing impairments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with other educators and healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of services
  • Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Speech and Language Pathology or Communication Disorders and Sciences
  • Current State SLP licensure
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
