Job Title: Specimen Processing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specimen Processing Supervisor to join our team at K.A. Recruiting. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 20 staff members across two shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of laboratory staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the laboratory.
  • Conduct interviews, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations as required.
  • Ensure compliance with laboratory accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve laboratory efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license and an excellent driving record for the past three years.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a clinical laboratory or related field.

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or Business Administration.
  • Previous experience in a clinical laboratory or other service organization.
