We are seeking a skilled Traveling Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Saint Mary Medical Center. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including those requiring ACLS and PALS certifications.
- Float between units as needed, ensuring seamless care delivery and efficient resource allocation.
- Participate in on-call rotations, providing 24/7 coverage and support to patients and colleagues.
- Work weekends, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, to meet the needs of our patients and community.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting patient-centered care and optimal outcomes.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and excellence, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Current RN licensure and ACLS and PALS certifications.
- Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a similar role.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and patients.
- House Supervisor experience is highly desirable.
