We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Surgery team at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
- Supervise, teach, and delegate to other personnel in the performance of activities related to nursing care.
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Current Registered Nurse Licensure to practice in the state of Kentucky or a Current Registered Nurse Licensure with a multistate compact status.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certificate or obtained within 90 days after hire date.
- Successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days after hire date.
- NIH Stroke Certification completed within 90 days.
