Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated occupational therapist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an occupational therapist with Fox Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from children to adults, and help them overcome physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a 1:1 setting, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
- Valid occupational therapy license in the state of Texas.
- Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- Basic computer literacy skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
- Current CPR certification.
