Our Operations Supervisors are proactive, assertive, and engaging, effectively managing various tasks in a dynamic warehouse setting. They are essential problem solvers, overseeing all daily activities during their assigned shifts.

By utilizing trend analysis, reporting, and personal insights, we ensure our hourly team members receive the necessary support and guidance to excel in their roles for the Client.

Shift offered: Sunday through Wednesday 7am-5pm (with optional Overtime on Friday & Thursday)
This is a long-term role with no specified end date

Key Responsibilities
A candidate must be capable of successfully executing the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Foster relationships with Client managers through daily interactions and regular meetings. Gather their feedback on hourly associate performance and departmental issues. Provide them with the necessary guidance and support to ensure our partnership contributes to their success.
  • Uphold an open-door policy with hourly associates, addressing inquiries regarding policies and procedures, actively listening to concerns and issues raised, escalating matters as appropriate, and maintaining confidentiality in discussions.
  • Organize and oversee large group meetings for hourly associates, including Stand Up Meetings.
  • Deliver performance evaluations and implement disciplinary actions for the Onsite Team.
  • Communicate and monitor adherence to safety and employee relations policies, investigate complaints or deviations from policy, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality levels while managing workflow for company and onsite client projects.
  • Engage in site and company project teams with a focus on process enhancement.
Preferred Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience, particularly with large groups
  • Experience in client relations, preferably within a warehouse context.
  • Exceptional customer service, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Capability to operate and resolve issues in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Willingness to adjust schedule for overtime and be present during changing business needs
  • Eagerness to learn and grow beyond the current role
  • Ability to work onsite at Client locations and adapt schedule based on business requirements.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
