Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team as a Primary Care Provider. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities- Primary Care Services: Provide high-quality primary care services to a patient panel of approximately 1,200 patients, including diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions.
- Diagnostic and Treatment Planning: Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications and other treatments as needed, and work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and effective care.
- Patient Education and Counseling: Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on preventive healthcare, wellness, and disease management.
- Medical Degree: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Licensure: Active Oregon Medical License and DEA registration.
- Clinical Skills: Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current medical practices.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
- Time Off: 200 hours (includes holidays, PTO, OPL, and sick days) per calendar year.
- Continuing Education: 40 hours per calendar year, with a $4000 reimbursable allowance for CME and dues (including board fees).
- Liability Insurance: Liability Malpractice Insurance coverage paid by Medical Group, with liability coverage based on specialist and covered from 1.3M or 2.4M.
