Position Overview

We are looking for committed and reliable individuals to become part of our team as an Unarmed Security Specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the safety and security of our clients and their properties. Whether you are experienced in armed security roles or seeking unarmed security opportunities, we have positions that align with your qualifications.

Applicants should be prepared to be on-call and available during weekends as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises.
  • Uphold the policies, rules, and regulations set by clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to both visitors and staff.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies that arise on-site.
  • Perform security inspections.
  • Document clear and concise incident reports outlining any irregularities encountered.
  • Exhibit a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Required Qualifications

For Unarmed Security Specialists:

  • A valid Nevada unarmed security license is mandatory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous security experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong observational and communication abilities.
  • Physical fitness to effectively perform security duties.
  • Capability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
