Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer to join our team at Penske Truck Leasing. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and their vehicles are properly maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and provide a positive experience as you fuel and wash their vehicles
- Perform vehicle readiness inspections to ensure tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are completed
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers and associates
- Build your skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and performing preventive maintenance repairs
- Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability and willingness to work outside
- Basic mechanical ability and tool usage preferred
- Basic computer skills
