We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team at Heartland Veterinary Partners LLC. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences, managing practice administrative tasks, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client experiences through warm and friendly interactions
- Manage practice administrative tasks, including record maintenance and appointment tracking
- Perform practice reception duties, including answering incoming telephone calls and greeting clients
- Manage veterinary medical records, accounts, and cash processing
- Apply practical knowledge of practice processes and services to ensure every patient is well-cared for
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous veterinary experience preferred
- Ability to work on weekends as required
- Practices OSHA safety techniques, including proper PPE
