Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oil Change Technician to join our team at Take 5 Oil Change. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality in our oil change services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drain and replace motor oil and oil filters in a timely and efficient manner
  • Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure to ensure customer vehicles are in optimal condition
  • Inspect and top off fluids to prevent damage to customer vehicles
  • Assist customers in selecting the right oil type and other services to meet their needs
  • Process payments for services performed and maintain accurate records
  • Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
