About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Butterfly Effects. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and families affected by autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with clients and families in their natural environment to teach essential skills and promote positive behavior.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure seamless care and support for clients and families.
  • Provide training and support to families to help them implement strategies and techniques in their daily lives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a High School diploma; college coursework a plus.
  • A love and passion for working with children and families affected by autism.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet).
  • Available 10-2 Mon, Tues, Weds, and 10-4 Thurs and Fri.
What We Offer
  • $25.00 per hour based on experience, education, and certifications.
  • In-house training program and coursework with Competency Check to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Drive-time pay between sessions.
  • Tuition Assistance.
  • Supervision towards BCBA credential available.
