Principal Engineer, Research and Systems Engineering(FHP)

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer to join our Research and Systems Engineering organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in setting technical direction, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation, driving continuous improvement initiatives and promoting the adoption of emerging technologies.
- Hands-on lead and manage the technical delivery of enterprise-level infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to architectural design principles, security standards, and project timelines.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary technical point of contact for project-related communications and escalations.
- 7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 7+ years experience in software development and delivery. In-depth knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies, including virtualization, networking, storage, and security
