Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau SaaS Administrator to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our complete SaaS infrastructure, liaising with clients and vendors, and troubleshooting issues related to Tableau Bridge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our SaaS infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Tableau Bridge.
  • Provide alternative and best practices for Tableau to improve our data visualization capabilities.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Tableau SaaS Administration and AWS Services (Athena, Redshift, RDS, S3, EC2, EMR).
  • Experience with Tableau Bridge and Tableau Pulse.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
