Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related discipline, with a focus on Finance or Accounting, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Over 5 years of pertinent financial experience, with backgrounds in investment banking, management consulting, accounting, or corporate finance considered advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker) is a plus.
  • A proactive individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities; must be hands-on.
  • A strong team player who can also work independently with minimal guidance; highly motivated and driven.
  • Possess a high level of business insight, with the ability to evaluate and identify opportunities and challenges within the organization.
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential.
