About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with a variety of conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia
  • At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute setting
  • A valid driver's license and auto insurance
