Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of crew members to ensure safe and efficient job completion.
  • Train and mentor crew members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Plan and execute projects, including reading specifications and determining job site requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist with manual labor as needed to ensure job completion.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in construction, preferably in the utilities industry.
  • 2+ years' experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • CPR/FA/AED certification.
  • OSHA certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, preferably a CDL.
